UK WORK PERMIT

In order to work in the UK, a non-EU citizen must apply for both a visa and a work permit. The specific type of visa depends on the nature of the work and the duration of the stay.

Single Entry – single uninterrupted stay for not more than 3 months

Double entry – two stays in which total should not exceed 3 months

Multiple entry – multiple stay allowed but the sum of time period should not be more than 3months

National Long-Stay Visa or D Visa

For individuals wishing to stay in the UK for more than 3 months and work, a Long-Term Visa is required. This visa permits non-EU citizens to live and work in the UK for extended periods.
